How does the shared credit pool work?

The team admin subscribes to a plan and all credits from that subscription go into a shared pool. Every team member can use credits from this pool when extracting profiles. The admin can monitor per-member usage from the Team Management page in the extension.

What happens to a member's personal credits?

Members keep their own personal credits (free welcome bonus, personal top-ups, or their own subscription). The team pool is consumed first, then personal credits are used as a fallback. Nothing is taken from members — the pool only adds to what they already have.

Can the admin see how many credits each member used?

Yes. The Team Management page in the extension shows a breakdown of how many credits each member has consumed from the shared pool during the current billing cycle.

What happens if the team runs out of credits?

When the shared pool is exhausted, members fall back to their personal credits. If a member has no personal credits either, they will see an insufficient credits message. The admin can top up the pool or upgrade the plan at any time.

Can members have their own subscriptions too?

Yes. If a member already has a personal subscription, they keep it. The two-tier system handles this naturally — team pool credits are used first, then personal credits. There is no conflict or double-counting.

What plans support team credits?

Any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Power) can be used with the team credit pool. Yearly plans are especially popular for teams because they offer more credits upfront and a single annual invoice.

Can I add or remove members at any time?

Yes. The team admin can add or remove members from the Team Management page at any time. When a member is added, they immediately gain access to the shared pool. When removed, they keep their personal credits but lose access to the team pool.

How do I get started with team credits?
