Credits are consumed when:

Credits are NOT consumed when:
• Technical errors occur (API failures, network issues, authentication problems)
• Page content cannot be accessed or read
• The extraction fails before reaching the AI service
This ensures you only pay for actual AI processing, not for technical issues outside your control.
For individuals, contacts, and team members we extract: first and last name, job title, company, department, location, email, phone, profile URL, profile image, and links (LinkedIn, GitHub, social, website, etc.). Fields are filled when available on the page.

Enrichment lets you use the URLs already saved on your profiles (like profile links or websites) to re-scrape and pull in fresh data. You can enrich a single profile or many at once while you keep working.
Some pages have no recognizable profiles, hide profiles behind logins or infinite scroll, or limit what is visible. ProfileSpider can only extract what it can see in your browser, so make sure you're logged in, have loaded the full list, and are within your plan's per-page profile limits.

Subscription credits are used first, preserving your never-expiring topup credits.

These limits apply to both subscription and topup credits based on your current plan. Higher limits mean you can extract more profiles from pages like social media search results in a single credit.
No! Topup credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them. This makes them perfect for occasional users or as a backup when your monthly subscription credits run out. The system automatically uses subscription credits first, preserving your never-expiring topup credits.
ProfileSpider's per-page pricing model makes it extremely cost-effective for bulk extraction. Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. All plan changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you always get the full value of the plan you've already paid for. Your new plan and credits kick in automatically when the current cycle ends — no action needed on your part.
Yearly plans give you 2 months free compared to paying monthly — that's a significant saving over the year. Plus, all your credits are granted instantly when you subscribe, so you can use them at your own pace throughout the year. Monthly plans grant credits each month; yearly plans give you the full year's credits upfront. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time — the change takes effect at the end of your current cycle.
Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Monthly plans: Unused credits are replaced with a fresh batch every month. Yearly plans: You receive all credits upfront for the year. At the end of the year, any unused credits are replaced with a new yearly batch. Topup credits are never affected by billing cycles — they never expire and are always preserved!
You can cancel your subscription directly from the pricing page. Click "Cancel Subscription" on your current plan card or on the Free plan card, and confirm in the dialog.
What happens when you cancel:
• Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access early
• After the billing period ends, you'll be moved to the Free plan automatically
• Subscription credits will expire, but any topup credits you've purchased are kept forever
• You can resubscribe to any plan at any time

All plans include export to JSON, CSV, and Excel formats. You can export your profile data with customizable column selection to get exactly the information you need for your workflow. Since data is stored locally, you can export anytime without relying on external servers.
