How do ProfileSpider credits work?

Credits are consumed when you extract leads, run email finding, or use enrichment. Your plan sets a monthly allowance; rollover rules depend on the plan. The help article below covers extraction, email, and enrichment usage in detail.

Where is my data stored?

Saved lead lists live in your browser by default. ProfileSpider does not upload scraped lists to our servers unless a feature explicitly requires cloud processing. See the storage help article for backups and clearing data.

Can I export leads to CSV or Excel?

Yes. Open a saved list in the extension, choose Export, and pick CSV, Excel (XLSX), or JSON. The export help article covers column selection, formats, and common quirks.

How to export leads

Can I find verified emails?

Yes. Use the email finder on a profile or list row in the extension. Verified emails include a deliverability check where available, and email finding consumes credits. The help article below covers inputs, credit usage, and empty results.

How do top-up credits work?

Top-ups add extra credits that never expire. Monthly plan credits are used first; top-ups are spent when plan credits run out. You can buy top-ups from the upgrade flow when your account supports them.

How do team credits work?

Team credits let multiple users draw from one shared pool. Subscription and top-up credits pool for the team; free and personal credits stay personal. Admins add or remove members and can review current-cycle usage on the Team page.

What happens when I upgrade?

Upgrading increases your monthly credit allowance and unlocks plan features immediately. Billing is prorated for the current cycle on paid upgrades. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
