How to Install the Extension
The normal Chrome Web Store installation flow only takes a minute.
1. Open the Chrome Web Store
Go to the official ProfileSpider Chrome Web Store listing.
2. Add the extension
Click Add to Chrome and confirm the installation when Chrome asks.
3. Pin ProfileSpider
Open the extensions menu in Chrome and pin ProfileSpider so it is easy to access from the toolbar.
4. Open ProfileSpider
Click the ProfileSpider icon in the toolbar to open the extension.
5. Sign in
Sign in or create an account so ProfileSpider can connect your credits, plan, and billing status.
6. Check your credits
Your credit balance appears in the extension footer. Free accounts start with 20 one-time credits.
First run
Run Your First Extraction
Start with a simple public page that contains repeated profiles, companies, or listings.
1. Open a source page
Choose a public directory, team page, search result, sponsor page, marketplace, or company list.
2. Make sure data is visible
Load the page normally and make sure the profiles, companies, names, or links you want are visible.
3. Click ProfileSpider
Open the extension from the Chrome toolbar and start the extraction.
4. Review extracted rows
ProfileSpider turns visible page content into structured rows where possible.
5. Save useful rows
Save rows to a new or existing list so you can review, tag, enrich, or export them later.
6. Export when ready
Export saved lists to CSV, Excel, or JSON after review.

Troubleshooting
Common Installation Issues
I cannot see the extension icon

I am not signed in

My credits are not showing

Extraction finds little or nothing
