How to Buy Top-Up Credits in ProfileSpider
Learn how ProfileSpider top-up credits work, when to buy them, how they are spent, why they never expire, and how they relate to your plan.
Quick answer
Top-up credits are extra ProfileSpider credits you can buy when you need more than your plan allowance. Top-ups never expire. Subscription credits are spent first, which preserves top-up credits for later. Top-ups use your current plan’s maximum profiles-per-page cap.

Same credit actions

The footer uses color coding: red when you have 3 or fewer credits, yellow when you have 10 or fewer credits, and green when you have 11 or more credits.
On team accounts, the Team page shows a separate Team Credit Pool card with available and total team credits plus a progress bar.

Decision
Top-Ups vs Upgrading Your Plan
Choose based on whether your extra usage is occasional or recurring.
Buy top-ups when usage spikes
Top-ups are useful for occasional extra projects, temporary campaigns, or one-off research batches.
Upgrade when usage is regular
Upgrade your plan if you regularly need more credits or a higher profiles-per-page cap.
Plan cap matters
Top-ups add credits but use your current plan’s page cap. Upgrading can increase the maximum profiles per page.
Yearly plans give more upfront
Yearly credits are granted instantly, which can be useful when you know you need a larger annual credit pool.
