How to Batch Extract Profiles

easy 3 min Updated February 25, 2026

Extract dozens or hundreds of profiles from a single page. Open a search results page, a directory listing, or any page with multiple profiles, and ProfileSpider will extract them all in one go.

Quick Overview

Estimated time:3 min
Difficulty:easy
Result:Multiple profiles extracted from a single page and saved to your list
ProfileSpider installed and signed in.

Step-by-step

1

Open a page with multiple profiles

Navigate to a search results page, a company team directory, an event attendee list, or any page that displays many profiles at once.

2

Scroll to load all profiles

Many sites load profiles as you scroll (infinite scroll). Scroll down to load all the profiles you want before extracting.

The more profiles visible on the page, the more ProfileSpider can capture in one extraction.

3

Click ProfileSpider and extract

Click the ProfileSpider icon and hit extract. The AI reads all visible profiles on the page and extracts structured data for each one.

One credit is consumed per page — not per profile. A page with many profiles costs the same as a page with one.

4

Review the batch results

All extracted profiles appear in the popup. Review the data and check the count to confirm everything was captured.

5

Save all profiles to a list

Save the entire batch to an existing list or create a new one. All profiles are stored locally and available offline.

Extract hundreds of profiles at once

One credit per page, no matter how many profiles. Install ProfileSpider and start batch extracting.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many profiles can I extract from one page?

The number of profiles you can extract per page depends on your plan. Higher plans support more profiles per page. A single credit is consumed regardless of count.

Does batch extraction cost more credits?

No. One credit per page, regardless of how many profiles are on it. Batch extraction is by far the most cost-effective way to use ProfileSpider.

What if the page uses infinite scroll?

Scroll down to load as many profiles as you want, then click extract. ProfileSpider captures everything currently visible in the browser.

Can I extract from paginated search results?

Yes, but each page of results is a separate extraction (one credit per page). Load the page, extract, then move to the next page.
